Education and Professional Torraco earned her Bachelor in economics from the University of New Mexico in 1988 and her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1991. At graduation she was honored with the top Women lawyers award. She began her legal career as a prosecutor at the Second Judicial District Attorney"s office.
