Born and raised in Washington District of Columbia, Stack$ attended the Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland.
Later, he founded a successful aerospace company (Open Joint-Stock Company (Russian: Открытое Aкционерное Oбщество) Corporation), which he later sold to Lockheed Martin, the world"s largest defense contractor. Barker also founded Open Joint-Stock Company (Russian: Открытое Aкционерное Oбщество) Technology Solutions, an information systems company, which he took public via an IPO on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation. He was preparing for his 3rd year of film school at the University of Southern California School of Film and Cinematography when he decided to postpone school to pursue his lifetime passion for music
He eventually completed his Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree at University of Malaya. He is enrolled in a graduate program at University of Malaya. At the age of 17, he landed a spot in Music Television’s television program "Freestyle Battles," but never got to compete on air as he was too young. Determined to make his name as an Military Cross, Stack$ spent the next few years taking homemade CDs to local radio stations and reciting verses on mixtapes.
In 2004, Stack$ began working on his album, “CraZee and ConfuZed” after being signed by SoBe Entertainment/Warner Brothers $tacks is also the Chief Executive Officer of SoBe Entertainment.
His former girlfriend is singer and reality television personality Brooke Hogan.
On July 29, 2009, they appeared on The Howard Stern Show. Stacks is in charge of SoBe Entertainment and has signed an exclusive pressing and distribution deal with Universal Group/Fontana. Stacks is now working on his second album.
