Career
She held the position of General Secretary in the National Union of Students in 2001. She has been an Australian Labor Party member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly since November 2014, representing the electorate of Pascoe Vale. She is the god-daughter of the previous member, Christine Campbell, and worked in her electoral office.
