Career
Started work at the age of 12 at Putilov Plant (Petrograd) first as an apprentice, then as a lathe operator. 1914-1915 elected Board member, then chairman, Putilov Plant Sick Fund. 1915 arrested and deported from Petrograd to the Urals, where he worked at the Lys’venskiy Plant.
1916 returned to Petrograd, where he worked for the ’’Promet” Plant. 1917 moved to Taganrog, where he helped plan armed rebellion. Member. Military Revol Committee, Russo-Baltic Plant.
After Bolshevik seizure of power elected deputy, Taganrog City Soviet. 1920-1923 Ukraine People's Commissar of Social Security. 1923-1924 exec secretary, Taganrog Okrug Party Committee.
1925-1926 Ukraine Deputy People's Commissar of Workers and Peasants’ Inspection and chairman, Ukraine Centr Control Commission. 1927-1931 chairman, Stalingrad Province Economic Council and construction chief, Stalingrad Shipyard. 1935-1953 exec work in the aircraft industry.
From 1953 pensioner.
