Roe played in two National Basketball Association seasons with the Pistons and Golden State Warriors. In his brief National Basketball Association career, he appeared in 66 games and scored a total of 130 points. He played collegiately at the University of Massachusetts (UMass) where in 1995 he was the Atlantic 10, and a consensus second team All-American.
After his National Basketball Association career wound up, Roe played professionally in the College of Business Administration, Spain, South of Korea, Italy, Mexico and Argentina.
He is currently working with the men"s basketball team at the University of Massachusetts in an administrative role, assisting his former UMass teammate and current head coach Derek Kellogg.
