Louis "Lou" Houghton was an English professional rugby league football player of the 1920s and "30s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Saint Helens, and Wigan, as a prop, or second-row, id est (that is) number 8 or 10, or, 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums.
