Background

Goodall, Louis Bertrand was born on September 23, 1851 in Winchester, New Hampshire, United States. Son of Thomas and Ruth (Waterhouse) Goodall.

Education

Educated Kimball Union Academy, Meriden, N.H.

Career

Began in wool manufacturing (Mousam River Mills), 1874. Director Sanford Mills (consolidation various concerns), since 1886, president many years, later Chairman of the Board. Organizer, 1899; and treasurer and agent Goodall Worsted Company, later Chairman of the Board Chairman Maine Commission to St. Louis Exposition, 1904.

Lieutenant colonel on staff Governor Fernald, 1909.
