Career
Enjoyed huge popularity and media exposure during the 1970s and 1980s in the island of Puerto Rico. She was also popular in Mexico, where she was baptized under the name of "Piel de Fuego" (Skin on Fire). She is well known for her exotic dance performances and songs encompassing "El Ritmo, Fuego y Sabor" (Rhythm, Fire, and Flavor).
She finally made her comeback during the 2000s doing various theater performances.
One of her most memorable appearances on television was her performance of the song "Yo Te Lo Doy Mañana" (I"ll Give lieutenant To You Tomorrow). was considered one of the best dancers in Puerto Rico of her time. Louisiana Nena Tiene Tumbao.
