The clubs for which Spinosi played include Associate of Science Roma and Juventus F.C. Foreign the Italy national football team he totalled 22 caps, starting from November 19, 1969. Spinosi also played for Hellas Verona F.C., A.C. (before Christ) Milan and A.C. (before Christ) Cesena.
To distinguish them, Enrico was referred to as Spinosi I and Luciano as Spinosi World War II
