Admitted to the bar, 1964, Stuttgart, now District Court Dessau and Court of Appeal, Naumburg, Federal Patent Court Munich. Author: Thesis on comparative law, various publications in the field of industrial property rights and law on unfair competition.

GRUR, International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, Interstate Commerce Commission. The Dessau Office was established in East Germany, January 1990, just three months after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
