Career
She was Mission Ecuador 2007 and competed in Mexico City on May 28, 2007 at the Mission Universe 2007 pageant but didn"t place. She attends Law School at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Lugina is the only daughter of parents who have since separated.
She wants to work with children who have to emigrate or have parent who emigrate.
Lugina feels that Ecuador is not at its best moment for that reason she says the society needs to support the decisions made by President Rafael Correa. The runners-up in the Mission Ecuador contest were Valeska Alexandra Saab Gómez (first finalist), Jéssica Maena Ortiz Campos (second finalist), (Mishell Granda (third finalist), & Andrea Fiallos (fourth finalist).
