Luigi Bagella is an Italian biomedical researcher, educator. He is a Professor of biochemistry at the University of Sassari.

Education

Bagella received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Sassari. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Diagnostic and Quantitative Pathology from the University of Siena in Italy.

Career

Bagella began his career as a postdoctoral researcher of Pathology Department at Jefferson Medical College in 1997. Five years later he became an assistant professor at College of Science and Technology of Temple University and held it for four years. Since 2006 Luigi has been a professor of biochemistry at the University of Sassari.
