Municipal legislation, pre-auditor to finance office Town of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, 1987—1993, assistant to the mayor, 1993—1995. With Bonacillo Electric Power Authority, 1995—2000. Senator, 5th district Puerto Rico Legislature, San Juan, since 2009.
