Achievements

Competing in three Summer Olympics, she won four medals with three golds (K-1 500 m: 1964, 1968. K-2 500 m: 1972) and one bronze (K-2 500 m: 1968). Pinayeva also won ten medals at the International Coach Federation Canoe Sprint World Championships with seven golds (K-1 500 m: 1966, 1970, 1971. K-4 500 m: 1963, 1966, 1971, 1973) and three silvers (K-1 500 m: 1963, K-2 500 m: 1963, 1973).
