1905 worked for Ukraine Social-Dcmocratic organisation “Spilka" (Union). Member, Spilka Central Committee. Kiev Okrug Party Organization(s) and Spilka voting deleg at 14th (Amalgamative) Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress.
1908 emigrated after suppression of Spilka. 1912 secretary, re-founded SpUka Foreign Committee. August 1912 attended Liquidationist Conference in Vienna.
During World War 1 active in Union for the Liberation of the Ukraine. After 1917 October Revol various admin posts. Arrested by State Security organs.
