Pal, Mahendra was born on April 10, 1946 in Delhi, India. Son of Piarey Lal and Kartari Devi Pal.

    • Author 4 books. Contributor more than 140 articles to professional journals. Inventor staining solution Narayan for study of morphology of fungi, Pal's sunflower seed medium for quick diagnosis of cryptococcosis.
