1913-1917 underground Party work in Voronezh, Khar’kov, Moscow Kiev, et cetera 1917 member, Kiev Party Committee. Presidium member and secretary, Kiev Soviet of Workers and Soldiers’ Deputy.
Delegation at 7th (April) All-Russian Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Conference and 6th Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Congress. At time of October 1917 Revol head, cd bd “Rabochiy put'”. Then exec Party and government work.
