Mansoor Ali Khan was born in Mussoorie in the (then) state of Uttar Pradesh (now Mussoorie is a part of Uttarakhand). Khan worked as an engineer and agriculturist prior to joining politics. Mansoor Ali Khan has been in active politics since 1980s.
Mansoor Ali Khan recently joined Indian National Congress.
He is a member of the 13th Lok Sabha and represents the Saharanpur constituency of Uttar Pradesh.Mansoor Ali Khan comes from an old aristocratic family Khan is a member of the Indian National Congress political party.
However, as Member of Parliament, he has served only one term. Prior to this, he was also a member of the Zila Parishad.
