Polmans won the 2015 Australian Open – Boys" Doubles title with fellow Australian Jake Delaney, defeating Hubert Hurkacz and Alex Molčan in the final, 0–6, 6–2. Polmans has a career high Association of Tennis Professionals singles ranking of 839 achieved on 21 December 2015. He also has a career high Association of Tennis Professionals doubles ranking of 266 achieved on 21 December 2015.
