He last played for Football Club Emmen on loan from Football Club Zwolle. Kleizen is a striker and made his debut in professional football squad of Football Club Twente in the Eredivisie 2005-2006 season, playing five matches without scoring a goal. In the Season 2007/2008 was loaned from Football Club Twente to Football Club Zwolle.
