After the death of C. Stanley Banks, Junior, the law firm continued with the father and son until John East. Banks, Junior joined the firm in 1979.
Three generations practiced law together for over six years. The firm continues today specializing in estate planning, probate, trusts, real estate and business law. Of counsel to the firm is Marcella F. Banks, wife of John East. Banks, Junior.
