President commission to build Colored Insane Annex to Insane Asylum, Jackson, Mississippi, 1890. President commission to rebuild Hospital for Insane, Jackson, after fire, 1892. Trustee Eastern State Hospital for Insane, 1884-1894, State Blind Asylum, 1882-1884.
