He was afterwards sent to Rome to the school of Ciro Ferri. He painted historical subjects. Foreign the cathedral at Bergamo he painted images of Steamship Domno, Domneone, and Eusebia.
He also painted pictures for the churches in Brescia.
He died at Ferrara.
