Career
Born in São Paulo Paulo, Vinícius is a product of Corinthians academy, representing Corinthians U20 in youth competitions. In 2012, he signed with Palmeiras, who immediately loaned with to Rio Claro in the Campeonato Paulista. On July 2014, Vinícius made his first move abroad, joining Primeira Liga club, Vitória de Setúbal, on a two year deal.
He debuted on 17 August 2014, in a match against Rio Avenue, but only appeared sporadically throughout his first year.
