Career
He"s best known for the role of "BlackBerry" on the musical television drama series Britannia High. Marcquelle is the second child of 4 to Angella Caton-Greasley and Kevin Ward. Growing up in Manchester, Marcquelle was a recognized sports star.
Whilst excelling at sports, he was also a budding rapper at 11 years old, Basketball star at 19, a recognised dancer at 20 and established singer at 21.
Marcquelle was seen as the "jack of all trades", but still his passion lied else where. And that was his love for acting.
The day Marcquelle was introduced to this craft his world changed for the good and now he is seen as one of the most talented up and coming young actors by the industry. As of January 2015, Marcquelle will be seen in the hit E4 drama Banana, (Cucumber, Banana, Tofu) written by Russell T Davis (Doctor Who).
Marcquelle toured with the Spalding Suite.
Marcquelle was apart of the west end cast of Cats the musical 2015 at the London Palladium, west end playing the role as the Rum Tum Tugger. To which he got nominated for best west end debut 2015 by west end frame. He is currently touring in Cats the musical United Kingdom/ European tour 2016 as the Rum Tum Tugger
Marcquelle has three sisters: Marsha, Bhrianna and Ebony.
