Career
She was a servant from Louvain, Brabant, Belgium who witnessed robbers kill her employers. She fled the scene, but was murdered herself when they caught up to her on the banks of the Deel River. She had planned to enter a convent.
After her death, she was buried on the riverbank where she died.
Miracles were attributed to her. Her remains were transferred to a chapel in Saint Peter"s churchyard in Louvain.
