Career
She was the first woman native to the state to serve in the Nevada Legislature. She was in the Nevada Assembly from 1922 to 1924. The following year, she introduced the Nurse Practice Acting of Nevada.
This legislation provided for Registered Nurses in the state.
Her mother was Josephine. She had a brother, Henry.
Gosse married Jack Clark who owned gaming and bar interests in Reno.
