Career
Mari began studying the violin at the age of 12 under. Anna Ono (Buvnova) and the same year won the 1st prize in the 6th Musical Contest and she was declared a genius. Made rapid improvement and was appointed professor at Tokyo College of Arts in 1946. Made a professional tour of America in 1950.
