“Regente” and later vice-director of the Normal School of Asunción, 19081920. Professor of paidology, of the history of pedagogy, and of philosophy in the same, 1921-1932. At one time director of the Normal School.
Paraguayan delegate to the Pan-American Women's Congress of Baltimore, 1922.
To the Seventh Pan-American Conference of Montevideo, 1933. Founder of the review El Hogar Normalista.
Also the kindergarten and psychological laboratory of the Normal School of Asunción. Introduced the Winnetka and Dalton Plans of education in Paraguay.
Has now retired (1935) from active teaching.
