Maria Pron

Career

Giai Pron also competed in five Summer Olympics, earning her best finish of fourth in the K-1 event in Atlanta in 1996. Her younger sister Maria Clara represented Italy at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

Achievements

• She won a bronze medal in the K-1 event at the 2002 International Coach Federation Canoe Slalom World Championships in Bourg Saint-Maurice. She also won a bronze medal in the K-1 team event at the 1996 European Championships in Augsburg.
