Worked at Pars Associates (Tehran) specializing in Construction law, Corporate law, Banking law, Oil and Mining law, Foreign investments, general legal and tax practice. (Resident, Paris, France Office). Firm established in 1979.
Specialized in legal assistance to international contractors and investors in Iran. Maitre G�rard Guillot, the international partner, opened the international branch in 1980 in Paris. Editor of the Iranian codes and of the weekly legal and tax bulletin "legal information service" in English.
