On 30 August 1999, Lazarovska reached a doubles ranking of world number 302. Singles

Achievements
She won three singles and eight doubles titles on the International Tennis Federation tour during her career, and, on 25 September 2000 reached a singles ranking high of world number 362. Representing Macedonia, Lazarovska has an overall record of 14–13 at the Federation Cup.
