Marina Ilyinichna Feldman-Meager (nee Datskovskaya) was born on July 28, 1952, in Kiev, Kyyivs'ka Oblast', Ukraine.
Marina Ilyinichna graduated from the philological faculty of Voronezh State University (1974). As a student at Voronezh State University, she found the grave of poet P. Vintman near Voronezh and published some of his poems in Young Communard (1973).
After graduating from special courses, Marina Ilyinichna received the right to conduct tours of the country for tourists in Russian and English. She led a series of television and radio broadcasts about Israel. In 1984, an exhibition of drawings by Feldman-Meager took place in Jerusalem.
Marina Ilyinichna is the author of fundamental books: "The Holy Land: A Guide to Israel" (1999), "The Holy City: A Guide to Jerusalem" (remained in the manuscript).
