Also represented Panama in, the 45th Mission World pageant was held at the Entertainment Centre in Sun City, South Africa on November 18, 1995. Representing the state of Distrito Central, Moreno won the title of Señorita Panamá Mundo (Mission Panamá) in September, 1995. Moreno acquires the rights of the former Mission Panama contest called again, the Official Panamenian Pageant responsible for choosing Panamá"s representatives to Mission Universe, Mission Continente Americano, and Mission World.
