Mariusz Mowlik (b May 19, 1981 in Poznań) - ex-football player, defender, Polish National Team Player, Sports Director at MKS Miedz Legnica. His football career began in Poznan. After graduating, he played in such clubs as: 1922 Lechia Kostrzyn, Polonia Sroda Wielkopolska, Sokol Pniewy, Patria Buk.

He became a player of Lech Poznan. In 2003, he was loaned out to Polonia Warsaw. After six months, he returned again to Lech and played there for the next 3 seasons and winning Polish Cup and Super Cup in 2003/04.

He was the player of the Austrian second division team South Carolina Austria Lustenau. In 2007 he signed a contract with the Greek club PAE Aigaleo in the Greek Superleague.
In early 2008, Fédération internationale de football association terminated his contract with the Greek club Mariusz Mowlik returned to Polish and signed a contract with second-division then Polonia Warsaw.
In the years 2008-2011 represented the LKS Lodz.
In the 2010/2011 season Mariusz as team captain led LKS Lodz to promotion to the Polish Ekstraklasa. Currently Mariusz is the Sports Director at MKS Miedz Legnica. Club

In June 2011, he joined Miedź Legnica.
