Began work at age of 14. 1917-1918 political work in Red Army units. Served with Red Cossack units in Ukraine.
Party work in Tambov Province and Moscow. 1919-1920 with Central Committee, Communist Party Ukraine. Secretary, Chernigov ProvinceParty Committee.
Chairman, Chernigov Province Court. With Yekaterinoslav Province Party Committee. 1920 political work in Moscow.
1922-1929 research and publ work. 1929-1934 exec posts with Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Finance. 1932-1936 Party work in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk.
1937-1941 pensioned on medical grounds. During World War 2 helped recruit civil defense for Lenin Rayon, Moscow. From January 1942 pensioner.
