Graduate Saint St. Petersburg Theatrical College.
While still at high-school performed with Kiev amateur dramatic group. From 1885 acted with her father, Member of Parliament Staritskiy’s, drama company. Worked for Russian companies in Saint St. Petersburg and Moscow.
From 1898 stage director and instructor for various drama groups and for Literature and Arts Social, Kiev. 1904-1927 head, Drama Department, Lysenko Music and Drama School (from 1918 Institute), Kiev. Roles: Anna Petrovna, Limerikha, the Mother, and Hanna in Staritskiy’s plays Maine suzhdeno (lieutenant Is Not Fated), Za dvumya zaytsami (After Two Hares), “Marusya Boguslavka” and “Bogdan Khmel’nitskiy”.
Vasilisa and Kabanikha in Ostrovskiy’s “Vasilisa Melent’yeva” and Groza (The Storm). Productions: Kaipenko-Karyy’s Burlak (The Barge Hauler) and Naymichka (The Hireling). Griboyedov’s Gore ot uma (Woe from Wit).
