She directed Neikrug Photographica Ltd. and also has taught at Parsons School of Design in New York City (1979) and New York University (1973-76). She is also a board member of SPE, Photographic Administrators, Inc., Volunteer Service Photographers and is a senior member and vice-president of the American Society of Appraisers. Her gallery specializes in contemporary photography, photographica and rare books.
