Quotations:
"I have always been a writer, though I had convinced myself it was only a dream until taking the plunge by leaving my corporate job and diving into full-time writing late in 1996. Writing is my passion and always has been, though it took me nearly forty years to realize it fully. While I don’t regret my previous career and lifestyle choices, I highly encourage people to pursue their own dreams, even if one small step at a time. Start now, and keep going. I strive to live each day as though it is the only day."
"My work is strongly influenced by my own intuition or inner knowing. I have kept it silent for so long that it has a lot to say now. I am attracted to those who speak their truth for, when they do, a glorious light and warmth surrounds them, and I want to be there. As more people on the planet begin to speak and live their truth rather than someone else’s, the very foundation of modern civilization will shift. Truth and light will prevail. This is happening now, and I’m pleased to be part of it."
"Writing is the expression of my soul. I can ‘be’ when I write. There are as many ways of speaking truth as there are individuals on the planet. I thank the powers of the universe, whatever name you choose to give them, for blessing me with the opportunity to write, for writing is a wonderful means of experiencing bliss on earth."
Conrad was married to a woman named Karen from August 22, 1988 till their divorce on October 1996. He married Michele Rogalin on February 15, 1997. Conrad has four children - Connor, Denali, Hannah and Isabel.
