Career
Born in Nijmegen, Otten began his professional career with North.E.C. in 2003. He later signed for Feyenoord, but never broke into the first team, and spent time on loan with both SBV Excelsior and North.E.C. Otten signed permanently for his first club North.E.C. in 2007. The team was eliminated in the quarter final against Nigeria.
