Mr. Venuti was formerly the Director of Litigation of the Washington-based National Veterans Legal Services Program, and also served as counsel on several suits for the Community for Creative Non-Violence, a Washington-based group working on behalf of homeless people.
Mr. Venuti also served at the request of the United States. District Court for the District of Columbia as counsel for criminal defendants and civil litigants raising claims under the United States.
Constitution, especially the First Amendment, and has argued several cases in the District of Columbia Circuit.
