Westover received a BA in 1974 from Arizona State University, Tempe, and in 1980 was an MA candidate at the University of California, Davis. She served an internship at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City in 1975.
Career
Since 1977 she has been a curatorial associate at University Art Museum, Berkeley, California. She worked for Gallery Paule Anglim in San Francisco in 1977, was a conservator for the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento in 1976, and co-directed The Gallery, Memorial Union at the University of California, Davis, in 1976.
