Rivera, Marlyn Feliciano was born on October 25, 1954 in Hormigueros, Puerto Rico. Came to the United States, 1976. Daughter of Pascual Feliciano Padilla and Guillermina (Rodriguez) Casiano.


Bachelor of Science, College Agriculture, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, 1976.


Laboratory specialist, Blue Ridge Hospital, Charlottesbille, Virginia, 1979-1981;office manager, Jorge L. Rivera Doctor of Medicine, since 1984.


Baptism is an act of full immersion following Christ’s example. It should be undertaken by spiritually matured individuals capable to understand its profound significance: resurrection to new life.


Christians should engage the culture through discipleship and through participation in the democratic political process in order to fulfill the kingdom mandate taught in the Bible.


People are called to love God not only with their hearts, but also with their minds. All things should be considered through the light of reason. In order to do that, it is necessary to become aware of different points of view and be able to develop critical thinking in relation to any political or social problem.
