Marsha Lyons and Charles Farrar formed Lyons and Farrar after leaving the United States.
Attorney" General’ s Office for the Southern District of Florida, where Lyons had been head of the Criminal Division and Farrar chief of the Fraud Division. Douglas South. Lyons joined the firm in July of 1992 after 20 years with Stinson, Lyons and Bustamante, P.A. The firm has specialized in complex civil and criminal litigation primarily in federal court.
Both Marsha Lyons and Charles Farrar have served as receivers and attorneys for receivers for numerous federal regulatory agencies including the South.E.C. Douglas Lyons has had a varied civil practice with a special emphasis on insurance defense and plaintiff"s cases including medical malpractice and product liability. Recently the firm has spent an increasing amount of time on copyright, trademark and class action litigation.
