Brown, Marshall was born on February 12, 1852 in Brownsdale, Pennsylvania, United States. Son of A. M. and Lucette Brown.

Public schools and Western University, Pittsburgh.

Career

Admitted to bar and began law practice, June, 1874. Appointed by governor to fill vacancy September 25, 1900, and elected November, 1901, for term expiring January, 1912, judge court of common pleas Northern 1, of Allegheny Company, Pennsylvania.
