Martha Baer

Background

Martha was born on September 20, 1961 in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. She is the daughter of Herbert Baer and Nancy Baer.

Education

Martha Baer attended Barnard College and City College of the City University of New York.

Career

Martha started her career as a features editor in 1994 at Wired (magazine) in San Francisco, a post she held until 1996, when she started to serve as an executive editor at Hot Wired (electronic magazine), where she stayed for one year till 1997.

Since 1997 she worked as an independent new media consultant.
