State versus Manuel Lopez—murder. State versus Pedro Ramos—murder. State versus S. H. Bevins—fraudulant banking.

James Schofield et al ve. Department of Agriculture of State of Iowa et al—case where Iowa Law relating to eradication of Bovine Tuberculosis was attacked as unconstitutional. Law upheld.
