I concentrate in criminal defense including all types of felonies, misdemeanors and traffic offenses, with an emphasis in post-conviction remedies. As an attorney for the Ohio Criminal Sentencing Commission from 1991-1993, I helped formulate Senate Bill 2, which takes effect July 1, 1996. I have lectured extensively on Senate Bill 2, which encompasses the reclassification of Ohio criminal laws.
