Nagin, Mary Deborah was born on December 28, 1953 in Amityville, New York, United States. Daughter of William and Helen Marcia (Fraedin) Nagin.


Bachelor in Art, State University of New York, Plattsburgh, 1975. Studied painting with Jeff Webb, 1978—1983. Master of Arts in Painting, Adelphi University, 1983.
