He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2004) and the Faculty of Psychology SWPS Uniwersytet Humanistycznospołeczny (2008). He is a graduate doctoral studies in management and finance in the School of Economics (2009), he received a scholarship the Rhine Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn (2002-2003).
In 2005 he founded the Group Matthew Grzesiak (GRMG) organizes training for broad-based personal development and communication. From 2013 is president of the board of Starway. He is the author of books and press releases, has its own television training.
